Congratulations to the 50 pupils from Reception to Year 6 who represented Old Bexley at the Mini Marathon on 22 April!  The weather was kind to the runners and we hope that the occasion is something that each competitor will remember with fondness for years to come.

Taking place the day before the London Marathon, the one-mile route started at Horse Guards Road and finished on The Mall, crossing the world-famous Marathon Finish Line.  Each child who finished received a competitors medal.  

A special mention goes to three pupils in Year 6 who raised over £1000 in sponsorship for a childhood cancer charity.  Well done everyone!
